And I still came to do business even after I changed my job location. HOWEVER, I have to say that this will be the last time I visit this branch for a very long while. I'm typing this review literally while still on the parking lot. I figured while the events were still fresh in my head, I would state the facts as they just occurred. There were two young women that were working at the front. One was helping me and the other was helping another client. When the client left, the teller started talking about the man and how he asked to make a change/additional transaction. My teller added to the negativity by talking about a previous client. I was highly concerned and annoyed with the conversation because: 1.) I have had to make changes to a transaction at this location before with the same women, and I'm going to assume that they've also talked about me. 2.) WHY are you talking about customers IN FRONT OF another customer?! It was extremely rude and they acted like I wasn't even standing there. My teller then goes on about how "she HATES" cashier checks....as she was making my cashier check. With all of the complaining they were doing, you would think the lobby was completely filled with people, but I was literally the only person in line. This did it for me. I can't stand people with poor customer service, no manners and no couth. It's really ridiculous and it's no wonder why tellers are being replaced by machines. I didn't understand that at first, but now I get it.

And the cherry on the cake - I closed my security account, I was assured that the check would arrive in 60 days. And now the bank employee tells me that the check may take another 2-3 weeks. How is this possible if the US Post Office sends letters across the country within 5 days maximum? And this is not 25 cents, this is $2,000! You can use this bank if you want to create problems for yourself and your loved ones!

My home banker who is out of state made a few calls to put me in contact with a financial advisor closer to where I live after my expressed interest in transferring the management of my portfolio to someone closer to my home. He found this location and had a discussion with Liliana Mayes who he then put in contact with me to set up a meeting to discuss whether there would be a fit between us and go on from there. After a few meetings and discussions I decided to proceed with the out of state transfer. Ms. Mayes is the most professional, knowledgeable financial advisor that I have ever done business with. Her professionalism is spot on. Now I've been a client of this location for a couple years and can also give complements to the Private Client banker at this location who is always knowledgeable and helpful with my banking needs. This location is top notch. When you arrive you are greeted by a Chase representative who offers you water or tea then welcomes you to sit in their comfortable, modern waiting area until your appointment begins with the respective Chase advisor or banker.
