I'm honestly in disbelief that someone thought that closing the Bel Air, Harford County, location…read morewhere there was plenty of parking, a bigger location regarding the actual building and more available tellers , (at least four) and move the Bel Air location , to Golden Ring. Not too mention it's an inconvenience, what used to be 12-minute ride to the Bel Air location is now a 30 minute drive and another 15-20minute wait! The Golden ring location is too small, there are only always TWO TELLERS WORKING, and there is always a LINE!!!! The parking lot is always congested . The staff is ALWAYS NICE & PROFESSIONAL ! If there was another location that was closer! I'd definitely go!!

Cazle Mortgage secured two loans for my family and I to purchase the home of our dreams. No…read morecomplaints there. After closing, as many mortgage service providers do, they "sold" one of the loans to another company. I repeatedly reached out to both Cazle and the other company over the next two months in order to make my first mortgage payment on time, as the company that they sold our loan to didn't recognize our names in the system and ultimately, never received our loan. (I have at least 8 emails and many recorded calls documenting my efforts.) Unfortunately, Cazle dropped the ball and we got caught in the crosswinds. Instead of attempting to remedy the situation, or even apologizing in a meaningful way for their mistake, the harassment began by Gary Becker and Barry Diggins, the owner of Cazle Mortgage. I was berated for not having made timely mortgage payments and accused of trying to avoid my financial responsibility. This was particularly disappointing with respect to Gary, who held our hand through the loan application process, and seemed to understand how important our new home was to our family. Ultimately, through no help of Cazle Mortgage, I got the paperwork from the correct lender, and made all payments to date. Perhaps this was a unique situation? I don't know. As owners of multiple real estate properties, and working professionals, we have never experienced the lack of professionalism, nasty harassment and ultimate narcissism displayed by Barry - especially during the holiday season. Cazle Mortgage leaves a lot to be desired. Buyer beware.

Point Breeze has not been a good service institution since merging with this other company. They…read morehave made it difficult for login service which takes hours to do basic service. Point Breeze new system that has been put in place for whatever reason. It's time consuming and not computer freely at all, jumping through all of these hoop is a big problem. Just to get something simple complete takes way to long. Login is a mess for sure. Customer service is terrible at best. I will be moving my services as soon as possible. Get better people. Where did all of the old resource staff go? Like Ms. Betty who was an excellent teller and a excellent banking manager as well. All new people who are not customer friendly at all.
