Jennifer has been awesome, and only because of my circumstances (not through any fault of PBCU) my application couldnt be approved in the same day. So once I had all of my documents that were requested and needed to continue I got back in touch with Rosanna and she let me know within the same day that I was approved!! I've been a point breeze member for over 20 years. And I've referred friends and family there many times. I have always used them for auto and motorcycle loans, you really can't beat the price and service. Recently I refinanced my house, and I really shopped around. Nobody came close to the rate and terms I got from PBCU. A couple of the mortgage companies straight up told me I should jump on that. They were almost a full percentage point better than the others and I didn't have to pay points or go FHA. Closing happened within 30 days and they were able to get it all done quickly and efficiently. Closing was a little out of the way up in Towson, but all the application and forms were able to be completed electronically. It's really nice dealing with a local bank that cares about you and your family. While they don't have many branches they also have a nice network of partner banks and ATMs you can use. I have been a loyal member to point breeze for almost 20 years . car loans banking etc . today I went in for financial assistance. I was only there to withdraw money for an urgent need and was feeling very stressed. I went into the branch today and I met with one of the representatives. I cannot remember her name because my mental space is already blocked. However, she was at the Rosedale branch she has an office to the left as you walk in the building and she's in the office at the far left. She was amazing gave me more information than I even thought was available she gave me options and I walked out feeling so much better I was able to mentally create a plan based off all the information she gave me. PBCU has been a blessing for us! They've held our auto loans, a few personal loans, and now our mortgage and we truly could not be happier...what a relief! We've been with PBCU for about 12 years now and I cannot think of 1 bad thing to say; seeing the negative reviews posted is honestly shocking to me! We always have great communication with them during a loan process, not one time have they left us hanging or didn't respond to an email or phone call. When our other bank let us down, PBCU was right there to support us, they are now our main source of banking. My only recommendation would be to open more locations. :-) Even so, being in PA, they hired people up here for us to work with to avoid us having to travel to MD to sign papers. So convenient! We've only been members for a few months, but the interactions at the Westminster branch (when we open our account) and with their loan department (Bridget specifically) have been top notch at every step. Sure, there are issues that surface, but the friendly and helpful manner in which every person has taken that I've interacted with have been wonderful. We did our entire loan process (except closing) on-line and it was completed, approved and closed in 60 days - thanks Bridget! Then two years later I needed a loan for my wedding and Point Breeze came through again with fast friendly service. Recently I needed to extend my loan for an emergency. My husband and I recently applied for a person loan. I met with Amber in the Point Breeze Rosedale location and she answered some of the questions I had and told me that If I wanted to continue with the loan process we could actually do everything electronically. My husband called yesterday 5/7 to start his half of the process and Mrs. Amber called me right after she got off the phone with him and stated my part of the loan.
