I'd avoid this pawn shop at all costs. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employees were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. They wouldn't even take the time to look at the paperwork I brought with me before throwing out an offer. Instead of treating me with respect, they were unprofessional and had a condescending attitude from start to finish. If you're looking for a business that values its customers, this isn't it. Respect, professionalism, and honesty seem to be completely missing here. I'll never be back, and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other pawn shops that deserve your business. Not every business that claims to be the "top-reviewed" delivers the top experience Professionalism and customer service will always matter more to me than flashy claims. Horrible with returns. On December 31, 2018, I had purchased an Apple Computer for my daughter. The computer didn't operate properly. It wouldn't process any downloads. I was charged $203.50 at the cash register. My daughter took back the computer on January 3, 2019, to get another computer supposedly of equal value. She had gotten an HP computer in place of the Apple Computer. She took the card along with her to complete the exchange. The following day I had noticed that First National Pawn had charged me again for $191.69. The manager had come out to speak with my daughter. He took the receipt and did not return a copy of the original transaction. The charge of $203.50 was never placed back into my account and no money was ever received from the merchant. read more

don't go there to pawn things you probably won't get them back. I pawned a ps4 with an external hard drive a few months ago and I just pulled it out about a week ago. When I opened the bag they gave it back to me in last night I noticed the cord for my hard drive was missing. I went in to talk to them about it and they couldn't find it weren't helpful at all and all they told me was that I could buy a new one from Best Buy. I shouldn't have to buy a new one they lost it so they should replace it. Never going back there. The store has really gone down hill lately read more

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Normally we love coming here and have great experiences with a few of the gentlemen that work here but today when we came to pick up an item we were super disappointed. Jessica provided extremely poor customer service. She didn't even address us when we were waiting in front of the counter for a few minutes. We had to ask her if she was ready while she sat there playing on her phone and chewing her gum. She was rude, unprofessional, and definitely unhelpful for a simple pickup. I bought a guitar from them and had it checked out had been damage when I had it checked out from my guitar guy 35 minutes later they would not take it back I got a forty cal xps Springfield handgun and went trucking they went to my house and bothered my son they sold a gun under pawn by mistake tried to give me same model in 45 cal all beat to hell said no way they said they would report it stolen I told them then you are gun thieves then you transferred it to me they lost their ffa licenses over it that's why they don't sell firearms any more read more

No reviews? I think this is a great place, I have been going in there since they opened up on Grange ave. nobody from the original shop there but are always helpful and easy to deal with. They have a good assortment of stuff too. I have never pawned anything there, just never needed the service but they are always busy. I usually stop in 2-3 times a month, always changing. read more

Great shop. Their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I never pay retail anymore, as most of what I'm looking for can be found here. If it's not there, I ask them to find it for me and they call me when they get it. Ask for drew. This kid knows about customer service. Highly recommended, not your average "Pawn Shop". read more
