We went in filled out our papers went home three weeks later my daughter got denied because they had the wrong birthdate they read the paper upside down and put the six as a nine we called them they said they would get right on it within a couple days we would have our papers almost 2 weeks later we got papers to refill out they typed everything in for us and again they copied the wrong birthdate how can they be so incompetent I don't know who's working in that office but they must be high to make the same mistake.This will take months to get her license read more

This was my first time ever getting a card but from the moment i walk into the office it was clean and it had a very nice atmosphere about it (not mention some really good music in their lobby). After filling out some paperwork and getting my blood pressure taken (which didnt take long at all, I didnt even have an appointment) i was called in by the doctor. I didnt have any medical records on hand which i thought would be an issue but they even offered to retrieve them for me! :) On my way out they gave me some really good tips on staying safe and on all of my rights they went above and beyond anything i could have expected. Horrible. Do not go here. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not; you will be waiting just like everyone else for hours. Everyone in that waiting area, including me, spent 3, 4 or even 5 hours waiting to be seen. The employees were unprofessional and quite clearly do NOT care about your well-being that much; they also didn't find it inappropriate to badmouth their visitors who were getting upset and asking what the deal was. I'm actually really glad to see the review on here made right before mine, written by Julie H; I was there in the waiting room watching her situation unfold. This means that this business made two completely different visitors with completely different situations leave that building with SUCH disappointment and rage that they could barely wait to get home and get the word out. When she and her husband asked about the wait time and order in which patients were getting taken back, the people at the front desk wasted no time getting snippy with them and actually fired some petty rebuttals for the whole lobby to hear. I honestly regret not walking out at that moment. They're sloppy and do NOT deserve the business. Never again. Awful experience and colossal waste of time. If you do decide to try to brave the hours of waiting and pissy attitudes, bring a snack. They provide nothing but coffee and water for a waiting room of 10 to 15 frustrated, confused people. read more

Extremely comfortable setting (I get anxious going anywhere new especially by myself but I didn't feel that way this time) and the staff was very welcoming! I was w walk in on a Wednesday and the wait wasn't longer than it took me to fill out my paper work, they have the option to file for you so $145 later I was all good to go! Well it was my first time getting a card and I decided to go to this place since it was cheap for a 2 year certification ($70) Anyways I set up a appt 3 days ahead at noon on a Friday.. It took 2 hours for the doctor to finally see me since it seemed like they were allowing Walk ins to go in before me. Other then that I would say it went really smooth! I was nervous, but the doctor was cool and laid back! Everyone that worked there seemed very nice! I drove a hour to get here, but I would say it was way worth it. If you're trying to get your card and nervous then go here!!!! Very chill and easy. I'm just glad I don't have to go to the black market for marijuana and that I don't always gotta look for cops while driving when I have my marijuana with me! Customer service is horrendous here. My mum had an appointment and it still took two hours. Had an urgent message for her about 1.5 hours into our visit and requested they please ask her to come out. They wouldn't because they were apparently too busy to walk 15 paces to the next room and deliver the message. I asked three times over the course of 30 minutes. On the third 'ask' I asked a different guy- Steve- the brown haired fellow and I insisted he give my mum the message. He called me rude for being so impatient. I explained this was my third request over the last half hour and the message was urgent. He told me she was an adult and would come out when she wanted to and that giving her the message wasn't his business!? He finally relented after insulting me and embarrassing himself. Got my first card here. They called several times to check in afterward. When I called to renew the lady was rude and curt. They would not tell me if it would be the same Doctor would be there. In fact, they would not tell me any doctors name. Too rude for me. read more

Went here today for a walk in. I arrived about ten minutes before they opened. From the time I walked in until the time I was finished was 75 minutes. The staff there was very friendly and accomadating as this was my first time getting certified. They took my paperwork and I filled out theirs. It took me about 15 mins to do the paperwork. The waiting room isn't huge but definitely spacious and comfortable. Once the paperwork is completed you go back for a consult with a member of the staff who basically goes over the paperwork in a more in depth manner with you. You then go back to the waiting. The doctor calls you in and the consult is very professional and friendly. All in all it was a great experience and I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to be certified. I am surprised by the negative reviews. I had a great experience at First Natural Wellness. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the doctor took a lot of time explaining things to me--about the process, about the medical use of cannabis, and so on. I did make an appointment, and I did bring in a lot of medical records. It may be that the process is less smooth for people who just walk in without many records (just speculating here). But I really found the office to be well-run, professional, and simple to navigate. I got my card in just over 2 weeks--so the whole thing was pretty painless. Very poor service. I called twice today 4 8 2015 never received a call back made the hr plus one way trip and have been waiting 5hours to see the Dr. Every hr I ask how much longer . Soon I'm told. What a joke, Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

While they tout themselves as a responsive, community-based service, they were remarkably unresponsive and irresponsible, even unkind in a difficult circumstance. They didn't follow through with promises for return phone calls and paperwork and were extremely difficult to reach. If you need good help, I strongly advise you look elsewhere. read more

My aunt lives in this area and I decided to come with her while she was looking to get a card. And might I just say, WOW, this clinic was absolutely amazing! The office was clean and inviting and the staff was helpful and friendly. When we came in we felt so welcomed and comfortable. She had an appointment and we got seen quick and prompt. The waiting room had many things to keep me occupied, there was meditation-like music playing and they had some magazines including a interesting one called Natural Awakening. A wonderful brown haired man helped us and he made the experience that much better! I wish I caught his name but you could ask for anyone though, they'll see to that you leave quick and happy! Never go to this place. Saturday is special walk-in day. Except they don't tell you they are also seeing scheduled patients and they take priority. I spent four hours waiting in their office with 20 other people. I have had my card here for a few years and each time I've ended up going somewhere else because the doctor's I see shut down or stop doing it and I can't find them. I googled for my card this year and got this place. I called and got an appointment for the same day. They are already cheaper than my last cards but gave me a discount for coming to my appointment on time. I thought that was funny because I guess they have people forgetting what time the appointments are or something. Anyway, I get their and filled out paperwork that seemed to take a little while. It was much more detailed than any other visit I've had. I finished my paperwork and then waited about 10 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor was really nice. He seems extremely smart. He explained things to me about my condition my doctor hasn't thought of. We had a great talk and then he took me to an area to check out. I waited about 5 minutes and a gentleman came in the room to go over everything with me. He was also very smart. He told me some cool ways to stay out of trouble with police and explained things in a way that I never experienced before with this. The doctor wanted me to see my doctor and talk to him about getting a referral for Athletic Performance Physical Therapy to help my ankles as I have injured them both several times and they roll and cause me to fall down unexpectedly. I talked to my doctor about it and he was not only on board with it but thought it would be great for me to try and strengthen the muscles. I had my 2nd session last week and I already feel a difference with the exercises I have been doing. Pretty amazing doc they got at this place. Thanks First Natural for setting me up with my certification doctor. It was very legit for what you are going for. I know a lot of people in this that have not had a good experience other places too. I am telling everyone that this is the only place to go to for your card. Very affordable, excellent doctors, smart and educated people to ask questions to, attorney recommendations, clean atmosphere, minimal wait times...the list just keeps going on. WORST place I have EVER been & I've had my card since the program began. I went as a walk in and waited for an hour and a half before going to the counter to ask how many people were still in front of me. When I asked this very simple question I got a TON of attitude from the receptionist as well as the person I assume was the MD (I don't really know because I was so shocked at their behavior!). "I can't answer that until I get your vitals" to which I replied "I've been here an hour and a half and no one has taken my vitals, when might this be done?" and again got a 'tude about how she can't tell me because I was a walk in.......uuummmmm okaaaay, you can't tell me how many OTHER walk ins are in front and how many appointments are in front of me? When I asked this question I was accussed of giving them an "attitude"....ok so asking questions means I have an attitude, got it, let me get my paperwork back and go then, I will not be back. I then asked for my card, ID and paperwork to be given back to me (I brought my medical records) the response was "We'll be with you in a minute" and slammed the door shut. So I waited for a while at the window before again knocking to request my ID, Card, and PW so I can LEAVE. WOW, I have never been treated so poorly in a place that is supposed to be compassionate to patients! When they FINALLY gave me back my ID I had to ask again for my medical MJ card back, then when they finally gave THAT back I had to again ask for my medical records to be returned, then they got really nasty with me so I left, NEVER to return and wasted 1.5 hours just sitting there and getting verbally abused. BEWARE, this place is shady to say the least. They STILL kept the paperwork I coimpleted there that gives them the right to obtain my medical records....? How is that acceptable when I asked for it to be returned? STAY AWAY!!! read more

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the wait time was fine for a walk-in (1 hr), but the doctor was incredibly disrespectful and insulting. He had no interest in my health or wellbeing, despite the fact that I had documentation on hand. His English was heavily accented to the point that I had difficulty understanding him (and I've had plenty of foreign-born doctors in my many specialist-go-rounds for my many health issues - people talk how they talk, but there has to be the ability for clear communication in a medical setting and there wasn't) , he had no patience to listen to me describe my history or problems, and left no room for any self-advocacy. He referred to me as "unstable" for being somewhat emotional about my traumatic medical history while being drilled with a battery of questions I had difficulty understanding, and made the "crazy" gesture while looking over my paperwork and talking to another staff member behind the glass as I left. Considering there are many people with mental health issues who seek these services, this man should be fired for his lack of professionalism. Does this clinic operate on a no-name policy for doctors? I saw another review that cited issues in getting doctors' names. This doctor never introduced himself and no paper I was given had it on it. "Discreet" or shady? I call shady. Where is the room for accountability? Maybe worst, he told me, and I quote "Marijuana is not medicine - I'm just here to make things legal."
