I am happy to report that my wife and I were successful in closing on our very first house this week. I was able to qualify on a conventional loan with 3.125% interest. Considering my credit status of the past, I was happy. And with a less down payment than expected, I couldn't be more happy. Though I never got to meet with him in person, the contactless document process was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, Aaron and Dawn were there quickly to answer questions. One if the things that attracted me the most to working with Aaron was the network he has established. Many people I know are familiar with him and trust him as our personal beliefs are very much in sync. His credibility is known throughout the area. He was forthright in explaining his style of giving the possible high end pricing so not to give me sticker shock at close. Thankfully, we were able to get with underwriting and find a reasonable monthly payment for my budget with a lower down payment.
