The agent Alex Klott pushed the closing back by not being ready by 5 days because the seller wanted more than the 13 days we agreed on. Alex never showed up give us the keys after 13 days. The place was left in secured an a mess with many things left in the house, bedrooms, clothes, furniture, food in refrigerator, yard a mess 8 tires left, lawnmower, garbage like you wouldn't believe. Alex wouldn't even answer his phone. The Broker Phil Grosso didn't do any better and never did anything to remedy this huge problem. Please contact me and I will send you some pictures of this absolute MESS!! I can't believe that this is considered common practice by the Fort Gratiot Mi KW. We are happy to report that we closed on our home on March 10th. I felt comfortable with Jim throughout this process and feel he put our needs first. I would highly recommend Jim Pemberton as an agent. And want to also give another shout out to the support staff at Keller Williams and to Donna, who was the agent that provided training at our first time home buyer class and was kind enough to encourage us on purchasing tips even though we were assigned Jim before we met her. You can tell both of them work well together. My wife and I are very happy with our home and would definitely seek Jim out again should we ever come in the market again for a home (which may be tough considering he got it right the first time). I hope for many blessings for Jim in the future as he deserves them for his stellar service, and to the team at Keller Williams.

She was such a great realtor! When she was out of state on vacation, she would email me and call me with listings. She would just call to see how the sale of my house was going and wanted to keep my up to date with homes in the area. She was very sweet, very honest and she was actually in it to help me as a buyer. I wouldn't use another realty company and unless she plans on retiring soon, she will always be my agent!

Seemed like we were doing all the work finding homes and they were Just sitting back waiting for their pay day. So we decided to not use one. Then we saw a house shown by these guys, Mark Kearns was his name was very knowledgable showed us stuff we didn't see and knew a lot about the home he was showing. We thought he was great so we said what the heck lets go with him he seemed legit. Well after a few house we saw were a bust he went on vacation and we haven't heard from him since. Just like other real estate agents let us down he did as well idk why he stopped helping us but all I can say is I found my family a beautiful Home I'm buying the house from The owner and he isn't making a dime of me. I spent 4 days calling any company imaginable trying to get affordable homeowner's insurance (as our family was homeless). After 4 days of tears and calls, no insurance...our mortgage company (Blue water Home Loans. Also need to add the Manager was the lising agents best friend) told us we could not secure our mortgage. We had no choice but to retract our offer. When it came time for Bauer Reno to release our earneat money deposit, no go. $1,000 which is a lot of money to a family of 5. A family who was again, homeless! Our relator will not go to bat for us, which will also be adressed. I have physically gone to Bauer Reno and left my number, no call. No explanation. I have called the Brokers. I have left messages with their secretary. Still nothing. I will be forced to report this company to the BBB, the association of realtors, Help me Hank and file a lawsuit in small claims court. Very unhelpful company, that took advantage of a family. A friend of mine also purchased a home thru this company and had a bad experience as well and is willing to give a bad review also. I spoke with a local broker at through Reality Executives who said, our money should have been returned and if she sees the brokers in question she will exptess that. If you like being robbed and taken advatange of this is the company for you! If you have morals and class, steer clear of this company!

Sandy on the other hand was very pushy, hyper active and wouldnt show us lower priced homes. She was consistently rude, and even took it upon her self to make bogus calls to the broker once i told her to take a hike. So for our 3rd home were off to keller williams.
