The agent Alex Klott pushed the closing back by not being ready by 5 days because the seller wanted more than the 13 days we agreed on. Alex never showed up give us the keys after 13 days. The place was left in secured an a mess with many things left in the house, bedrooms, clothes, furniture, food in refrigerator, yard a mess 8 tires left, lawnmower, garbage like you wouldn't believe. Alex wouldn't even answer his phone. The Broker Phil Grosso didn't do any better and never did anything to remedy this huge problem.
