This is the most screwed up company I've ever dealt with. 1…read more The billing was wrong each time they came, and I had to call to get it corrected each time they came. 2. Thought things were going great lawn was looking good, until the guy BURNED my yard up. 3. Each time they came, I got a report stating things looked good, just not to cut the grass so short. BUT then I would get a call the next day stating I had bugs destroying my shrubs and needed additional treatment. I do NOT have one single shrub in my yard. Yet, the continued to call me and tell me this the day after each treatment. 4. After we completed our contract, in January I started getting alerts that they were coming for treatments. It took me THREE times calling and telling them my contract was over, until finally someone said that it doesn't ever end unless you call to completely cancel. 5. They continue to call you WEEKLY even if you tell them to STOP calling. 6. They stopped by days after me telling them NOT to call anymore. This has gone on since December (it's now February) until last week. We shall see if they call this week.

They said I should have notified them that I moved. If I started a new service for my current address then why would I need to notify that I moved from an old address that hasnt had trugreen service to it for over 4 years? Customer service is rude and no one knows how to fix anything as it goes to a call center... no direct contact with local offices. Overall its too expensive and poor management. They only TruGreen is the green dollars you pay to them as my lawn looks worse than before treatment. Perhaps the guy who lives in my old house has a nice lawn since they have been treating it.
