I hate to leave my dog anywhere and I have cancelled trips to stay with Rettung. But, I believe Rettung likes to go here more than he likes being with me! This place has it ALL! This is an actual RESORT for pets! They have beautiful rooms, awesome beds, TVs(yes, TVs!), SWIMMING POOL, and plenty of activities for the pets/FAMILY! They constantly place pictures on Facebook. They have veterinarians close by and the pets are SECURE. The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! I know business is about making money, but I do not get that "feeling" here. The staff really does appear to love their jobs and the pets. I have YET to pick Rettung up one time when he wasn't clean and looking great. Amanda is so attentive to his grooming needs, and her loving and gentle mannerism with any breed I've seen her groom is beyond compare. I think my Shadrach even looks forward to getting groomed. His face lights up and he gets excited every time I tell him he's going to visit Amanda. We moved from Texas to Oklahoma and we still use Snoopy's Spa. Well worth the trip!!!!!

She sent us to oncologist for opinion. Unfortunately the cancer is to aggressive to do anything but steroids. These people are a great bunch of animal lovers. I know some people say they are high but in 2 years I have paid so much less than I expected and what other vets charge is so much higher. Dr. Darby is the best vet in Grayson County.

We have also used her training services for our extremely stubborn dog, and she really knows what she's doing and the result after training is obvious proof. Even years after our training session, if he was having a behavior issue she would work on it during his boarding visits for no extra cost. I caught them several times, then I asked for explanations and they got hostile. Rude, liars... They need to get new admin staff. They have no customer service skills. They lie and then they deny lying. It's the craziest thing I've ever witnessed. Rude. I've been a customer too long to be treated so poorly. Costco is a LOT CHEAPER on prescription medications. RRV makes it nearly impossible to get the prescription printed and/or sent to Costco. Some hogwash line that they can't do it to it and another lie; it takes days to get the prescription processed. RRV made it so hard to get a prescription printed out, they want you to purchase prescription medications from them for a lot more money. And their famous line is....it's against the law!
