My mom was having pains and wanted to get medical attention via urgent care. This facility is close to her home and I told her lets go somewhere else because I didn't get good vibes. She insisted and in the end stated "she wont be back, LOL." The center is just ran strictly unprofessional. The front desk young lady has an attitude issue and had multiple smoke breaks while she's working. The wait times are crazy but the facility did appear clean. I regrettably had to use the restroom and was scurred of the condition but surprisingly it was very clean (that's the extra star). Unfortunately they allow random people on the streets to use the restroom including the drug dealers outside of the facility. OMG, the amount of "activity" right outside the facility was scary and just ridiculous. My mom stated one of the medical staff in the back just started talking to a guy who just walked in from the streets like they were doing side business. LOL. There were a lot of people coming in to take the COVID test or just get their results. Thankfully in the end, my mom was able to get some prescription to help her condition. I like the fact that there's a medical center in the community but this is one I wont be taking my mom to EVER again. read more

I had a very concerning experience at this facility. From what I observed, both staff and patients were not treated with the level of professionalism and care I would expect from a healthcare establishment. I also witnessed what appeared to be individuals performing duties they may not have been properly licensed or credentialed to perform, which raises serious safety concerns. Additionally, I found some staff members to be rude and dismissive, which further added to my discomfort. As someone who works in the healthcare field and holds a professional license, I take standards of care very seriously. As per management their just as worse! I strongly encourage anyone considering this facility to thoroughly research their options. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for care. read more

Highly disappointed at this place, extremely disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! My parents have been treated horribly and highly disrespected. They need to make sure these receptionist are qualified and properly trained to take calls or just provide the necessary help. I'll find out who exactly made this visit unpleasant. Worst Place Ever!!!!! 3 hours to see a doctor... when I seen the doctor he was Good.... But then I needed blood work so I sat waiting for the phlebotomist to come after 30 mins I went to the nurses station only to tell me that he's not in yet and he was supposed to be there at 1:00 so they don't know when he's coming... This place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are unsanitary, and they allow random people to come in and use the bathroom when ever they want. My girlfriend is throwing up in the trash right in front of the front desk and we have been waiting 3 hours now still. We are never coming here again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this place. The service here is awful! This shouldn't be called first response urgent care. It's should be last resort barely any care. The doctors here work very very slow. Patients before us are still waiting and even after they call them in, they are waiting inside for a room. DO NOT come here if you are really sick and need expedited assistance. read more

Anywhere else it's better! I was told results would be faxed, my procedure was cancelled due to the office not faxing results even though the doctor called many times...you call and it goes to a call center never to the office you're trying to reach. read more

Hurt? Bleeding? Need stitches? Go somewhere else. I walked in bleeding profusely. They told me they don't do wound care. Then why call yourself "urgent care" instead of just a walk-in clinic for non-urgent things?! (They didn't even have a recommendation of another urgent care center that does could help. I can't imagine I was the first to walk in bloody.) Maybe they're great at other stuff. I don't know. If you're coming here with the flu, they might be great. read more

Clinic does not open at 8, the door don't even open until 9am and then there is still a wait until a doctor shows up. I showed up asking to receive a treatment due to having an asthma attack. A gentleman in plain clothes responds by telling me "there's no doctor, we just opened up and you gotta wait until one comes in" he wouldn't even stop what he was doing to at least make eye contact. read more

Joanne and Anne are the best doctors. They genuine care about their patients. The have such a great bedside manners. I always feel to taken care of whenever I visit First Response that I stop visiting my own physician. KUDOS! read more

Dr Billy was very patient, warming, and easy to talk to. The office staff also made me feel comfortable in their facility.

The facility is wonderful, it's clean, the wait time is short and everyone there is so professional and friendly. Joanne was the nurse practitioner that attended to me, and let me just say she is so caring and knows how to make you feel comfortable. She is very thorough, I definitely left this place feeling better. Thank you to everyone over at urgent care. read more

I first want to say that I truly don't ever give reviews on anything but my visit was so appalling that I felt I had to share. I brought in my two children to urgent care on 06/02/2015 at around 230pm. First impression I got is that the one person who sits in the front was eating a banana (but have a huge sign for front desk receptionist no eating at the desk only in lunch room). I go sign my name in the young lady proceeds to take my information all is swell. At that time someone walks in and ask how long is the wait for a pregnancy test. The secretary (Johanna ) continues to go back and forth with the patient saying she doesn't know how long and tells her " so go do what you have to do and come back ". When the patient walks out the door Johanna looks at me and says these" damn patients they think the world stops because they have somewhere to be". What ever the visit goes on. I go in get checked all is swell the dr can't remember what her name was but she was so sweet and to the point. I was out in about 30 minutes tops. I go check out and there is no one at the desk. Some one from the primary care physician side walk up to me after about 5-10mins waiting and ask if I need assistance. ( I thank you for acknowledging me). She goes to the back get me my dr's note, before she gets back to me I realize that my children's name along with about 12 others has not been crossed off the sign in sheet (FYI Against Hippa) So I take it upon myself to remove MY children's name. When Johanna comes in and notices that I am doing this eats me alive and tells me why if my kids were seen I am crossing there names off eyes rolling and all. The medical assistant comes out to get the pregnancy lab lady and the two go on in Spanish and say " what do you want for me to put my hands between her legs and catch the pee I have to get a cup first" (I couldn't believe this was happening). I called the next day and spoke to the office manager (KENYA) after 3 tries finally got through and she totally dismissed my complaint. So unprofessional its incredible while I am aware that they are operating out of the slums. No need to be so disgusting. You don't need school just basic home training. If I knew who else to complaint to I would do so. I too am a secretary at a drs office and I would never ever do what these young ladies did.. I feel bad for the dr's who think the business will grow with this unreliable staff. read more
