I was in constant communication with Jun who would respond very promptly. He provided me updates and made sure that all parties involved were not holding up the process. He also gave me updates on how the mortgage interest rate market was looking as it came time for us to lock. On the day before closing, Escrow was missing an HOA document that the selling agent was supposed to request. This was after Jun had reminded the agent to request the information weeks in advance. As the missing document would hold up our closing and we would be beyond our rate lock period (which is a great rate), Jun drove to the HOA office to confirm that the documents would be ready on time. I do not think we would have closed our home on time if it weren't for Jun and his team. He went above and beyond what was expected. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted!
