This review is specific to our communication with Cathleen Fournier…read more She's not helpful in understanding our bill rising with each policy renewal. She gave the same scripted reasons for 3 different renewals and when we still had questions this last time, she claimed to not know of things she told us before (but it was via email, so there's proof of it) and then pushed us away telling us to call 1-800# instead. Most importantly she communicates very condescendingly. Her rudeness in her latest email is what urged us to come give this location a low rating. We definitely do not plan to work with her anymore and will continue to contact Allstate 800# directly.
