I spoke to someone else in his office because Stuart was out taking photos of other clients properties. Because he was already out the person I spoke to told me he would get ahold of Stuart to see if he might want to swing by my place to get photos of my property as well. Everything seemed great. Stuart shows up takes photos of my home and car, tells me that he will have the paperwork sent over to me to sign and shakes my hand with a smile.. That was it. Never heard from him or his office again. I called his office and left a message to check on things but still no call back. As anyone shopping for insurance knows, a lot of time and effort can go into obtaining the quote you want. I don't appreciate this agent taking my time for granite and totally dismissing me for whatever reason. the least he could have done is be professional and give me a call back. I had to start my search all over again. I'd hate to see what this agent does to his clients that put in claims in a time of need.
