Driving eastbound 55 towards the city. 2 dumptrucks hauling rock and dirt both directly infront of me. Rock hits windshield. I call the hauling company, they requested pics which were sent. A few hours later, a rep named Greg Horton (later identified as the Vp of the insurance company) says that i have no proof the rock was from his client, because of his access to a gps imaging satellite showing the 2 trucks, their load weight and if they are tarped- (the second truck was NOT). He also saw a dark colored car, but has no prood that was my car. Greg interrogated me for the better part of 8minutes, finally landing on a story about a magic tarp that no human but he can see, which allows for all debris collection. Greg is a fantastic bullsh*t artist and professional pr*ck who is even better at 455p when he is hangry and wants to leave for the day. If your a shady hauling company, Greg is your kinda guy. To those with low riding vehicles, expect a magic tarp theory, and a waste of your time. read more

I had this company as my insurance agent for commercial insurance for 8 years. Six years into the 8, they slowly started to fall apart. The last year was the worst. I had to ask three times how much was it to add equipment purchased by my company. I had to ask multiple times for certificates of insurance to be sent, when normally I could get them within 24 hours. You can hardly ever get a live person to answer the phone. I finally found another agent that has been great so I cancelled the renewal with this company. They didn't notify the insurance companies that we cancelled, so we actually received an audit for 20 days worth of insurance that we never had, and they said it was cancelled due to non-payment. I had another commercial policy with them for another company we own, and they didn't cancel the policies on those either. I have sent three emails to multiple agents there and I have not heard anything back. Horrible communication!! Prices were getting outrageous as well. I rarely ever write a bad review, but this company deserves it. They simply didn't do their job. read more

The…read morevery first time I have an issue I am told that I am not covered for that even though I had very specific conversations with the agent where he clearly stated I was covered. The issue was turned over to the claims adjuster at the insurance company. I had several email discussions and phone discussions with the adjuster, final decision was no you are not covered. This took roughly a month. Think I heard from the agent in that time, NO. Think I heard from the agent after the decision was made, NO. The only time I have heard from the agent was when it was time to collect a premium. I would avoid this company and not recommend anyone use them. You will be told one thing and your coverage will not be there.

However, when we had a claim is when having Kent in your corner helps. Recently, we were involved in a car accident (not our fault). Kent ran the value of our totaled car and some travel expenses through our State Farm policy rather than having us wait weeks or months for reimbursement from the other insurance company. (State Farm would recoup these through subrogation). He was also a source of wise counsel on how to deal with the other insurance company. He answered our questions, and when he did not know the answer, he would contact someone else at State Farm to help us. It was so nice having such a friendly and competent person on our side.

Up until recently, there would be no question about giving them 5 stars, but my latest experience left me frustrated and possibly looking at another insurer. My fiancé and I recently purchased a new boat. I set it up to be insured a day before the seller, and I completed the transaction. I have an email from the agent (Chris) confirming the insurance start date. Nearly two weeks later, I checked my account online, but I did not see the new boat listed, so I called the office. Unbeknownst to me, we were in possession of an uninsured boat. Thank God nothing happened! I then called the office and spoke to Brent. Again, friendly and professional, but he confirmed the insurance had not taken effect. Whaaaat?! Apparently, the reason it had not gone into effect is that I had not paid to start insurance on the new boat. I had no idea. The initial date to be insured has passed. Given that I had an "agent," I would have expected a call or something. Something... to know they were looking out for their long-time client. In the end, no harm was done, but I still can't help but think, "What if?" It's not like I have the time, but I'll have to compare other companies. This was a concerning and frustrating experience that left me feeling unvalued.

He called which made the process much easier as I was looking for my son and I didn't have all of his info that was needed for on line quotes. He was able to look up the info needed. So helpful and then emailed the quote to me and gave me a quote for my own vehicle. Which turned out to be a few dollars less than I'm paying now. Definitely saved me time and looks like money too! Thanks Chris
