Food is good if they make it the way you ask I ordered super…read morecheese with bacon lettuce, and extra extra sauce and order of cheese curds with ranch. They didn't do the extra extra sauce and because they have no inside service I couldn't walk up and get more. When it came time to pay, it was $18.53 for a burger side and a small drink. They charged me for the lettuce, the bacon and the ranch for the cheese curds I used to eat chips five days a week now with no inside service and crazy high prices once a year

It looked really nice, inviting, warm. No more. I arrived, parked my car, walked to door and noted sign "drive through only." I then returned to and maneuvered car in what I thought was order line. A few minutes later an employee came to my car window, told me to drive to other side of building, where I placed my order. While waiting, I could see flames a couple feet high intermittently from the grill. So, flame grilled burger. I had driven over 100 miles from UP (Upper Peninsula) Michigan ski hill where multiple lift towers had "Chip's Hamburgers" decals high on chairlift towers. I ended up using bathroom at a gas station and, wanting to be out of car after two hours driving, eating on hood of car. As to the food, the burger was good, not great. I had a double cheeseburger. Tastes a little flame burned. One really nice point is the man handing me my order noticed my two dogs and gave me a couple dogs biscuits. I don't think I will return to this location.

Everything was fresh and the guests were all very happy with the meal. The man who delivered it was so kind and helpful - everyone we dealt with was so nice to us and patient with answering all of our questions. The price was also very affordable. I would recommend their catering to anyone.

The menu reads like they're reaching a bit higher than a typical sandwich shop, yet the prices were totally reasonable. $40 before tip for a wrap with sweet potato fries, a panini with chips, a kids PBJ with snack pack fruit cup, a chocolate milk, an 8oz cup of soup, and a side of potato salad. It's a place I'll happily hit up again out that a ways The hot Peppercorn Steak Wrap was excellent. Would be hard pressed not to order it again instead of trying something different. The Sweet Potato Fries though managed to be burned AND soggy and limp "Herb-garlic tortilla, shredded steak, tomato, red onion, cilantro, spinach, provolone, parm-peppercorn dressing" Sonoma Chicken Panini "Grilled chicken breast, provolone, basil, mushroom, red onion, sun-dried tomato pesto, balsamic glaze" Their Loaded Potato Salad is intense. Five or six bites will do you. "Diced roasted red potatoes mixed with bacon bits, cheddar cheese, chives, sour cream" Chicken & Wild Rice Soup was the opposite. Rich and creamy, but a bit babyfood-ish: not much texture to the veg and scant chicken, and lacking in wild rice

The "Manager," Alex, immediately became defensive and was rude. He claimed, corporate raised prices on items which were not yet updated on the menu. Furthermore, he exclaimed, "You already paid, so we aren't adjusting the price or giving a refund!" It should be noted, I didn't ask for an adjustment, or a refund. Once he became rude and unprofessional, I spoke with a more helpful employee, Grae. At this point, and admittedly due to the principle, I requested a refund for my roughly $34 order and handed the entire meal back through the window. Grae issued me a refund. He told me to keep the drinks, which I was attempting to return as well. Aside from consumer protection laws requiring retailers to honor the lowest advertised price, a common-sense approach to this extraordinarily minor unintentional issue would have been a simple, "Sorry about that, let's get it taken care of." Instead, roughly $34 worth of food was wasted, and an incredibly poor first impression of this particular franchise has led me to this review. I'll spend my money elsewhere, where people are polite and respectful to one another.
