I do not want to provide ANY stars but I am forced to star a review- My experience with this Subway was absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER received. Nothing but immature, unfriendly, rude adolescents working at the location every time I have been in there. I will abbreviate the reason for the negative review. I ordered online and picked up at the store, got home and the order was incorrect and missing ALL the veg on 1 of the sandwiches, wrong bread on another, etc. I called the location and a rude boy answered the phone, I explained my order was not correct and he literally called me a LIAR, I asked for the manager name, he refused and hung up on me. I then drove to the store with the sandwiches very upset by being treated that way and once at the store, I was refused a new order be made AND they also refused to give me my money back AND threw the initial incorrect sandwiches away. To sum this horrendous experience up; I made 2 round trips, got nothing I ordered correct, wasted my time/gas, had to spend out additional money to another food service location, and to top it off- the location STOLE MY MONEY (no food and no refund) read more

Customer service was horrible. Went through drive threw and could barley hear the guy. Sandwhich was pitiful. Barely any meat or toppings. Had a foot long and I'm still hungry.. that bad. Only thing good was the garlic sauce. read more

Positively the WORST customer service I had ever been subjected to at a Subway. The young male server with a scruffy goatee told me I could not have the extra lettuce I requested on my turkey salad and then proceeded to give me three times more spinach then i wanted and was very surly about removing the spinach. I asked him to replace the removed spinach with more iceberg lettuce and he said he could not or i would have to pay extra. I said I had no problem with paying extra and then he said he could not do that because the computer/till was not set up to charge for individual/extra ingredients. He said he could only put the standardized amounts of any ingredient on my salad and became very surly. Now he was arguing with the customer Then he made some conflicting illogical comments about a limited number of ingredients allowed....now confusing me about number vs quantity....and it got worse, from there. I understood the Covid restrictions that were in place a few years back, limits due to pipeline supply issues, but this server was rude, abrasive, punitive and aggressive beyond belief - and we are NOT under Covid protocols or the accompanying economic conditions, to my knowledge anyway, anymore. I told him I traveled from Missouri to Wisconsin often and had never encountered such hostile service at any Subway as this, my hometown one. He said each franchise is different. Our local Culver's gets excellent reviews for customer service and they encourage a customer to "have it their way." Sure they charge a bit more. But the customer never goes away feeling actually insulted for spending their money there. But to have conflicting policies where the customer always loses, and gets insulted by rude servers, is NOT, I would think, what any manager wants to put forth in a small, close-knit community where word DOES get around. This is a pretty decent Subway location. I think the biggest one I've ever been to - they had two different prep lines. My sandwich was tasty, and had tons of veggies, which I love. Just one star removed, for having uncovered food open on a prep line that wasn't being used. :/ read more

8/2/2020 Not one employee was wearing a mask including those making sandwiches. It is statistically improbable that all the employees have situations that prevent them from wearing a mask. Irresponsibility raises questions about food handling & sanitation. read more

This location is horrible. It's dirty, their was not one but multiple pieces of hair in my sub and had to throw it out. The staff is horrible and rude. This is one big joke of a business. Even the managers are horrible. read more

Oh my lanta. This subway does not give you proper portions at all! I got a 6 inch veggie sub, and was given 3 pieces of spinach on it! Barely any food on my sub at all! A fair price for the amount of food I got would have been $1! Ridiculous. Then when they closed my sandwich with a knife, half my cheese came off. I mentioned it and they did nothing! Best sandwiches I've had from any Subway. Staff seems well trained. Consistant, friendly staff makes the experience memorable.
