Unfortunately, I was met with complete disinterest and disrespect. There was no greeting--just "What can I help you with?" while she remained on her phone. When I tried to explain the purpose of my visit, she cut me off and said, "Okay, I'll tell them," without asking any questions or showing any engagement. When I requested a business card or contact information to follow up, she refused to provide anything and wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone else in the office. This interaction left a very poor impression of the company. Front desk staff are the first point of contact and should reflect professionalism and basic courtesy. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend addressing the behavior of this employee, as it directly impacts your company's image.
