She was very warm and welcoming and was not bothered in the least bit that I had extra work for her, as I have moved a lot and had a few different W-2's from different states and had two years worth of taxes for her. When something didn't seem right she was humble enough to ask for help and another wonderful lady Christine came over to help me get the most of my refund. While I was there I could hear other staff members helping people out the best that could and one gentleman was unable to help someone but very quickly found some one who could. While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. The excuse they gave both times was that they didn't have someone available. If you don't have someone available at a certain timeslot, don't set it up for that.

I then sat and watched them shred all my stuff. There is a huge mirror behind/above them, so you can make sure there's no funny business going on. It took them 45 minutes to destroy all my stuff, due to the high volume. They methodically and efficiently took care of business. I don't know their names, but the name "Damon" was on my receipt. The second time it was out of my skill set and he had to do some repair. I told him I had a trip planned and needed it ASAP. Earl said he had a gently used part at the shop he could use or he could order me a new one. I told him I was fine with the used one. Earl did the work and didn't even charge me for the part, just the labor. Just recently I was on Lake Monroe and the alarm was going off on the boat and I couldn't figure out why. After about 30 minutes of trouble shooting and my girlfriend yelling at me, I called Earl and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and tell me how to fix it. From my experience at Quality Craft I'd say the service has been very professional and honest and I will continue to take my boat there for any maintenance.
