Fantastic!! Sent out 5 quotes in the morning. Most companies had tons of questions. It was a question after another. Then they wanted to schedule a consult. I've talked to a couple pest companies before, most don't ever really even care to investigate more of root issues; they just want to offer the service to spray. Sadly, they don't even know they bug I'm showing in my hand, and how this bug works (as in how it is attracted into the house, etc). Then what's the point if I could just spray around. William came out to look at our pidgin problem the same day we went on Yelp to look for a referral for a company, he inspected our roof and did a video on how small or big of a problem we had on our hands. He was very easy and courteous to talk to as we weren't used to that type of problem or had to deal with something like this, our questions had been answered and he educated us on how BIG of a pidgin problem it is here in Las Vegas. He started and ended the job the very next day with videos and pictures of the process as he goes, he also fixed some of our tiles that were out of place like 2-3 of them that we didn't know that existed cause we never go up on our roof. He also did a non-toxic complimentary spray around the house for house flies once it was done. A couple weeks ago, when plumber cut drywall to install new hot water line, he found termites at drywall and kitchen island frame. We have never had any experience and knowledge for termite at home. William came to our rental condo for inspection next day. He did very through inspection and took many photos for us since we don't live in Las Vegas. His report clearly indicated the areas with termites. He also called us and answer all our questions His experience and knowledge for termite inspection and treatment is exceptional. His price is also very reasonable and his five year warranty is amazing. His plan of treatment was very comprehensive which required drilling & trenching outside the house and took almost a full day of labor to implement along with many gallons of termite solution. Will (The Owner) is a good dude, I found some soft wood in one of my bathrooms along with some critters and asked Aspire to come by for an inspection, Will worked around my schedule and came by same day. After taking a look he advised me that I did not have any termites but had some water damage instead. After Will determined that I didn't have termites, he went above and beyond and showed me what to look for and gave me some tips to prevent termites in the future.
