Buyer BEWARE!! Hired to treat a rodent issue. Set up an appointment...technician arrived and spent less than 10 mins placing ~6 wooden snap traps with peanut butter, around the house. Charged $175 for the service!! Those same traps are available @Home depot for $3 each! Don't waste your $$ calling them. Just DIY. Called and spoke to the same manager who I originally set this up with(Kyle). Explained that I needed a "pet safe" solution. We discussed a product called bait boxes that is pet/kid safe. His response was "no". DO NOT believe the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on their website. Learn from my mistake...call someone else. read more

BEWARE THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR CONTRACT READ MY WHOLE REVIEW Their customer service was great 2019-2021 but then 2022 until now their customer service deteriorated. I have been a customer for multiple years, I always paid on time and a zero hassle customer Starting in 2022 their customer service slowly started getting bad. Legit impossible to get a hold of. When I finally got a hold of them the guy told me that they leave the office around 2:00 pm (even though the business says open until 5:00). He said the owner has control of what the times say on Google. I was moving homes and I wanted to have them move with me. Instead of it just being easy they wanted to change my contract from quarterly to bi monthly. They said I had to change contracts because I was moving houses (keep in mind, the house I'm moving to, the lot size is the same) Instead of keeping a loyal customer they didn't care at all. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner because I thought we had a good relationship, I wasn't able to and I was just seen as a number. What's funny about all this was instead of trying to rectify the bad customer service (not answering the phone after a week of calling) they wanted to shove down my throat a new contract. Keep in mind, I was a loyal customer for multiple multiple years. I will be making sure the new owners of this home do not do business here. read more

I love this company! I started using them when I bought my first home because I saw a dead roach when I was doing a final walk through! YUCK! They came very quick after I purchased the home, they sprayed inside and outside the property. From that point on I used them bi-monthly, and never had any issues with insects or pest. They ensured me their product is pet safe, and it has proven to be true! I have a puppy and two cats and never experience any issues after spraying. At my new house I have Micah who comes by to spray, he is so helpful. He let me know I had a black widow infestation in my irrigation system when I first moved in. He made sure to warn me to avoid hanging outside with my pets for a few days since the pest could be active when trying to escape the poison. Luckily I never encountered any of them! They always text me before they come by to see if I have any specific issues and luckily I haven't had any. I highly reccomend this company! I had been in my rental home for about 8 months when I noticed ants coming in from any opening or drain they could fit through. It's tough to choose pest control, because there are SO many options. I put a post on Facebook to find recommendations & a friend told me about Vance. I called, he answered, and we were scheduled for that day! The customer service was fantastic. Vance came out with the guy he had spray the house and they took their time and were very meticulous You sign up for a year contract (every two or 3 months) and your first service is complimentary. You set up a date and then then keep coming, you don't need to be home. Cody sprayed the second time and did a great job. But the BEST NEWS!!? No live critters.
