Along the Limmat, this fountain is called Fischmarktbrunnen by the locals but is officially Samsonbrunnen (the Samson fountain) and it dates back to the 16th century. At the center of the fountain is a tall pillar and atop it, Samson with his hand in the mouth of a lion. It's a little hard to see from ground level.
The water in the fountain is completely drinkable though I would recommend filling your water bottle from the running water rather than the standing water.
Thank you to https://zurich1200fountains.com/ for the info because I was not finding any information on this fountain anywhere else.
