Bass Pro's own pickup instructions say that if the address on your photo ID does not match your current residential address, you may be required to provide a second form of government-issued documentation with your current physical address, such as a vehicle registration, voter ID card, concealed carry permit, hunting license, etc. That is exactly what I brought. My driver's license was my photo ID, and my vehicle registration was the supplemental proof of current address. However, the employee/manager still turned me away and acted like I was trying to use the registration as a photo ID, which was not the case. To make it even more frustrating, I contacted several other local firearm shops afterward, and they all said that a valid driver's license plus current vehicle registration is acceptable for this situation. So it appears this was either a misunderstanding by the store or an overly restrictive store decision that was not clearly explained. I understand firearm sales require strict compliance, and I respect that. But customers should not be turned away when they bring the exact type of documentation Bass Pro's own instructions say may be used. The process was confusing, poorly handled, and wasted my time. Very disappointing experience.

A tackle + coffee shop. Interesting concept! I tried a hot pumpkin spice latte (excellent), a sausage burrito (pretty good) and a chocolate muffin (excellent). I walked away impressed! I was so impressed with their coffee that I returned to buy a coffee and burrito for my mechanic when he arrived. They have a loyalty card that you punch when ordering a coffee and every 10th coffee is free. I'm looking forward to filling that card up. I haven't been an active fisherman in a long time but their selection of lures and supplies was excellent. They also have live bait.

Arriving- They are in Sebring on Route 98 about 1.5 miles from US Route 27. They are a snap to find. There is a small parking lot but it's a small range so it's really not a problem. History- The range itself has been around for multiple decades. It's family-owned and the current folks have had it since 2016. Ambience- If you have never been to a gun range there are usually two basic areas. This range follows the pattern. There is the range itself where the shooting takes place and then there is the store. Here you can buy/sell/rent guns, purchase ammo and accessories etc. The two rooms get the job done in fine fashion. Customer Service- On this visit I worked with Crystal who is the owner. She is knowledgeable and pleasant with a no-nonsense attitude which is exactly the way it should be around firearms! Range- Eight, 25-yard lanes. Clean and well maintained. The Range Fee is $15 per person with no time limit. Nice! A wide range of guns are available to rent for a nominal fee. This business gives you a safe, inexpensive place to shoot and as a bonus you get to deal with nice folks! Sounds like a winner to me!

It has groceries, a meat market, a notary, Western Union, a bait shop, fishing licenses, gas pumps out front and on and on and on. Old timers say that it indeed was the place to go. Time has passed it by and now it's just a sad, dirty, and broken down eyesore. It's a miracle it's still open. Abysmal selection. Out of code products. Dirty. Broken displays. You get the idea. If the apocalypse occurred and the world as we knew it was ending; I might stop in but I'd need to think about it!
