It was worth the experience, and the staff/family were so friendly. The trees were on the skinny side. I will give the other trees about 2-3 more years until they're found to be the "perfect" tree for some families. We were lucky enough to take one home. The trees cost half the price of what you pay for at the precut locations. Parking was easy; a lot of people were in and out. They bail the trees and provide you twine if you have none. They only accept cash or checks. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Christmas tree. read more

Great Place to find a good reasonably priced Christmas tree. We got a beautiful Nobel Tree that was about 8 feet tall for only 58.00. The owner was friendly and I like the fact that they are open every day from 10-4 so you can go when it isn't so crowded. Was so happy i found out about this place. Have gotten trees at fancy stands in Seattle metro, organic tree farms in Redmond and Issaquah, and the occasional cheapy at Home Depot(or chubbies when they were a thing) and nothing even comes close to the tree we got this year from them. nearly 8ft Noble for $44.00 that was a hidden gem. They let their trees grow a bit wilder than most, so with a little trimming after we got it home, this thing is a real gem. Easily would of been $150+ anywhere else, and all it took was 5min of pruning. Best of all, the owner had zero problem with us using our cordless sawzall to cut it down unlike every other tree farm that makes ya use their dull hacksaws that take 15min on your knees to cut the tree down. read more

We tried this place as a new pick this year. Read a few good Yelp reviews and that lead us to choose Fish Creek. Overall, it was good. Prices were very reasonable. I don't think we paid this little for a tree in many years. Granted, we have been visiting an organic tree place in Redmond (not cheap, but good quality) and buying larger trees, but to our surprise it was already closed this weekend. This place is down the road from other good tree farms we've visited in the past. Our first impression was a bit anxious. All we seemed to notice were 2-3 foot trees, nothing large. There were a few larger ones scattered about and we found ours. We usually like a 6-7 foot one. Our pick was at a very good price and the tree looked healthy. I'm guessing (?) many early bird shoppers beat us to the larger trees. We never rush and buy a tree the day after Thanksgiving. In about 2-3 years, this place will really be humming with all the smaller trees having grown. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll be back next year. read more

Our new favorite! I never write reviews, and I hesitated to write this one in case it gets discovered and ruined. But this place is so great I had to write it up. It's a no frills, family-run operation. Selection is good and the prices are fantastic. Plus it's just the right size to feel like you've got a lot of choice but not overwhelming. We cut our Christmas tree here last weekend. Very helpful and welcoming people. They provided a saw and rope; reasonable prices. The tree selection was a little picked over but if you a looking for a mid to small sized tree they still have plenty. I found Fish Creek Tree Farm through word of mouth advertising. My parents had gotten their Christmas trees there for several years. The farm is approximately 5-10 minutes West of I-5 in Arlington, WA. The owner (Lloyd Dietlin) and his son are there to help. The farm is quite large with several varieties to choose from. The prices are VERY competitive and you are able to cut them fresh yourself. We chose a noble fir this year and it was in great shape beyond New Years day. I would highly recommend Fish Creek. They do not serve hot chocolate or cider like some farms, so bring your own! They do have clean bathrooms on site (portable type). First time for us after our usual tree farm was sold. This place is very level and open, grassy instead of muddy, lots to choose from although not on the taller side. We chose a nice noble, $38 and wrapped with twine. Very nice gentleman who helped us with saw and location of our preferred species. Great place to find your Christmas tree! read more
