My husband and I gave him a rough itinerary of our plans, and he was able to find us a cruise, several very nice hotels at a good price in some of the best locations in each city we stayed, and very convenient flights to and from our destinations. He handled all of the back-end work and provided us with a packet with all of our confirmation numbers, hotel addresses and vouchers, and itineraries. Very quickly, she pivoted our travel plans completely and had a brand new vacation ready for us within 1.5 months from leaving. We travelled to St. Lucia and stayed at Ladera Resort.
