I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.

I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. We had a blast going around to different favorite spots and not worrying about a thing. After we were dropped off and home, the boss texted our group chat, "Best. Night. EVER!" Our experience was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest is the size and seating capacity description. We had a 40 person (max) bus. Originally 38 people had planned to go, but several dropped out that day and we were down to 31. If we had 38 I'm not sure we would all fit and if we did it would not have been a comfortable ride. We joked that young, high school prom kids would fit no problem... but a bunch of us older and fluffier people not so much :)
