The location in Duluth MN is understaffed. While the manager is trying the best he can with what he has. There is zero support or integrity from the district manager and above. I went in to pay only to find out the facility was not open on Saturday due to understaffing. I find out my rate increased for a 3rd time. I dispute it since its not legal and I was never notified nor did I agree to the increase. I would have moved my items out if this was the case. The manager sent a request to have the rate reduced which it did a little bit. They are still trying to charge me the rate increase that I ever agreed to or was notified about. I search my emails and all I have are the monthly invoices and the receipts of payment. No acknowledgement of any increases. Would not recommend this facility at all ever.

We rented a storage unit from them for about 9 months, and they were completely professional…read morethroughout. We had one issue where we thought there might have been a leak and they immediately moved us to a different unit, no problem. We borrowed the trailer on 2 different occasions and it was simple and easy. Having that available definitely saved us money as we went through a move. Here's the best thing - when we completed our time there, we left the lock/key in the unit and I hadn't gotten around to calling to let them know our unit was empty and we were done. Well, THEY called US to let us know that they noticed our lock was off and the unit was empty, and when did we leave so we could get our payment for the month prorated/refunded! What a great way to do business - looking out for your customers in every way. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this family owned business.

The storage facility is so clean and easy access. I would recommend it to anyone who needs storage!!! DEB C
