Located in a strip mall, Tacos El Chuleton is a place I've passed many times without knowing it was there. Inside it's not much more fancy than outside. Sure there's a hand painted mural on the far wall but the limited seating are tables and seats made of granite. That said you can see right into the kitchen if you want to. The food itself is delicious and the prices are really good. They have a salsa bar where you can grab your own salsas, onions and cilantro etc if you like. I got the wet burrito and it put me into a food coma. If I was in the area I'd go to Tacos El Chuleton more often. The menu is simple, the dining room is even more simple but most importantly the food is delicious. Let me stress. Bring Cash! Highly recommended.

The food is delicious and is pricey and wouldn't even mind going back BUT, the fact that they charge 65 cents for each extra salsa in a small container is ridiculous!! Not only am I paying MINIMUM $70 for our food for my family, but they want to charge us separate for each salsa we ask for.. come on now!! I have 7 people in my family, even if I ask for ONE extra salsa for each person, (which I don't even ask for that much) that's almost $5 extra... really! This is the only place I have ever gone to that charges extra for extra salsa when you already bought their food and paid so much. We definitely won't be going back unless they change that. La Bufadora gives free salsa and Chiles unlimited. Of course you don't take advantage but just the fact of asking for 3-4 extra salsas and having to pay so much after already spending so much is ridiculous!! No thank you!! read more

I went to this place for fish tacos and was super impressed. I saw the sign that said Wednesday Marisco special two for one. I called my order in from Scott Road in Menifee. When I got there I still had to wait 20 minutes. you don't even have to cook these things it's a cocktail.Oh well. On my drive home I found out that they don't put them in to go cups. No tops that seal. Like a Slurpee cup with a hole in the top. Great! Needless to say Marisco in a bag. A warning would be nice. Hey be careful with our to go cups because they spill all over the place when you drive home with them.Then I would've taken more precaution. Foods pretty good there. read more

The fish tacos at Fish Taco Express are absolutely delicious and fresh! The flavors were amazing, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The girl at the counter was very sweet and professional, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend coming to this place again.
