The tri tip was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. Our regular Wednesday night dinner felt luxurious. It honestly could have passed for a special celebration or even Easter dinner. I have a colleague that also went to Quik Stop that same day and we both had the same experience. I guess it's back to homemade sandwiches from now on.
