The guys clearly label their produce (so you know the cost before you buy) and you can get set amounts, rather than pre-packaged - so you can buy exactly what you need. It's very much like a French market stall and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They sometimes have squid and other similarly exotic fish in, and are usually able to let you know when they'll next get things in if they're currently not there. The prices are apparently reasonably for what you get, although it always surprises me how expensive fish is. This seems to be top-notch stuff though - the company supplies lots of local restaurants and even some lucky Oxford colleges. If you're a fish fan, this is the place to come. Most of the veg at Lung Wah is pretty sad, so I come here for my East Asian vegetables that I can't get anywhere else.

She told me that although I lived in London, I should walk up to the traffic lights and check out this store. Seoul Plaza is a cramped grocery store and you have to walk in reverse half the time, to let someone pass you by. But it is chock full of goodies to cook Asian style food. While I was in the store. I saw so many Chinese/Malaysian/Korean and Thai students walk in to pick up the specialty foods. I found a couple of sauces and snacks that I haven't seen outside of Londons Chinatown. I picked up a couple of sauces and shelled roasted unsalted peanuts (that I haven't been able to find in London recently) There was a large selection of rice, fresh vegetables and frozen seafood.
