I was pressured to pay, never given an itemized bill, and was given an "it is what it is" attitude. After paying to get my amendment filed, I disputed the charge with my bank for being overcharged for services rendered. I just received a check from the IRS because the crooks rescinded the amendment out of spite. Luckily, I have my copy of everything they did so I can simply recreate the forms and mail them out with a fresh check. If you need a tax preparation service, youd be better off with a chicken pecking at a keyboard while on the TurboTax website than to ever trust Christine Caperton to touch your documents. ​
