They were courteous and hardworking, but what I really loved is how they would hold each board up, and then flip it to see which side looked and fit better. They did a great job, and I also liked that they were here at nine, took a lunch break, and left by 3:30 to be back to the office by 5 each day. Since I already knew what I was paying, I wasn't worried about them racking up an hourly wage or anything, and to me this showed that the company cares that their workers get to have a life and they're not just rushed through each job, slapping up boards as fast as they can go.
