I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. It's definitely a great place to check out if you're in the market for new furniture!

We found one we liked and ordered it in a color that should have matched our living room. This was a very big investment for us. When the sofa arrived it was instantly clear that the color did not match what we meant to buy. Someone from the store drove out to our home, took one look, and said, "Oh. Ewww. I see the problem." But the color number matched what we had asked for. He took a bunch of photos and went back to the store. "The color doesn't look the same here as it does in your house. Our showroom lighting is extremely warm, and I think that could have been what caused the confusion. Let me see if there is anything we can do." A few days later we got a call. "The owners have been on the phone with the manufacturer, and it's settled: you can order a replacement so long as it's the same design with a different color." Oh, the relief! The men came out to take back the first one... and left us with a loaner sofa for the several months we'd have to wait! Totally unexpected, and tremendously helpful because our original sofa had been thrown away. The new one just arrived and it is more than acceptable. Great quality, perfect size, etc. The color is still notably cooler in our well lit house than at the showroom, but we accounted for that with this choice and it is fine. So I repeat: BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. They won't give away the shop or anything, buy you will be treated as an honored customer and not just another sale.

Then I went to Pine Creek Structures and again purchased one only again to be lied to regarding delivery date. I was actually on Facebook and saw an ad that was in East Freedom PA approximately 80 miles east of Pittsburgh. I contacted Stephen regarding the shed he had advertised and was advised it was still available. Stephen took my information and also gave me a veterans discount along with a clearance discount bringing the price of the shed which was a 10'X12' with metal roof and diamond steel skid plate at the door, 2X4 walls with all pressure treated construction cheaper than the two 8'X10' sheds I previously bought. The best part is the new one I just received is constructed much better that those 8'X10' sheds that were here in Pittsburgh. I recently reviewed the 380 Auction and Pine Creek Structures give less than favorable reviews. Very poor customer services and literally lied regarding when it would be delivered. Lakeview Sheds & Vinyl Products actually delivered my shed in less than 10 days, I received a larger shed, better built, for less money. The man above was definable watching over me. I highly recommend Stephen and Daniel who delivered my shed, leveled it out and made sure I was satisfied. 380 Auction and Pine Creek Structures truly did not care for my business and buying from a great company 80 miles east was well worth the purchase.
