All said and done, it some how added up to 2.6 hours worth of work and using thier flat rate pay schedule, $590. When I called to ask how/why it required 2.6 hours - the main issue I had, (not the flat hourly rate amount) I was basically told they didn't have time to go over the billing with me. I understand law firms aren't cheap. But do your research. There is no way the work we had done should have taken even half of 2.6 hours of their time.
