My mom and my uncle were in the Ottumwa, Iowa location this evening (Tuesday). The employee at the…read moredesk was very rude to my uncle and my mom. (The girl was blond with shoulder length hair). My uncle asked about screen protectors for my mom's phone, and asked the associate to come over to the phones to answer some questions about the screen protectors. The associate was very rude to My uncle and mom by telling my Uncle "No," and she then argued with my uncle saying he was being rude to her, for asking her to get up off her seat to answer some questions. My uncle was frustrated and told the associate "we will just buy a phone someplace else". The employee then said "You didn't say anything about buying a phone, only screen protectors". So, what difference does it make what exactly the customer was trying to ask questions about, the associate should have responded to ANY AND EVERY NEED that was asked about. THAT IS HER JOB!!! It seems as though the Associate didn't think she was going to make any commission from my uncle until he mentioned that he was interested in purchasing a new phone. This is PURE LAZINESS AND DISRESPECT on the part of the associate and management as well as her superiors need to be aware that this is how she is treating customers!

I told her to put a couple of things back and she said okay but these are already part of your bundle. I asked so they don't cost anything? Thinking that maybe they gave me more for my trade than the new phone. I did have to upgrade my line for the promotion and she did tell me my bill would go up due to that. I signed everything then a week later I got to thinking about it. When I looked at my account she financed $1000!! Had I known the accessories were so expensive I wouldn't have purchased any of it! I feel scammed and will be going in this weekend to take back what I can. Very unhappy customer. I feel they were not at all transparent.

The good bad and the ugly lol…read moreWell the good news is I think they have my dsl back to ok The ugly part is some one vandalized the network so I have been fighting this speed issue for a couple of years Bad connection at the alley splice and 2 west of me as well And I had to rent a modem from them to get back the remote features I had before the Dec 2024 upgrade to the network Same modem , just rented so go figure on that! So far so good speed and voice hard line is up. The bad part is the cs is now all overseas call centers and the folks over there tried to tell me that century link was not in my area any more That is just not true after talking with my local tech The good news it is ok for now And may work till new fiber is in my section of town

Unfriendly service. Not dependable…read more If you leave your computer there, they may or may not get around to it. If they tell you they'll get to it in a day or so, and some other company comes in the door, your job will go on the back burner til the person who came in after you gets serviced. They seem to know what they are doing, but charge too much considering the long wait. This and the unfriendly service, complete lack of eye contact, and lack of appreciation for the business that you give them, makes PCS Computer Services a downer.
