I was told every time I called that someone would call me back that day, or on a specific day. No one ever called back as they said they would. Today I called, and asked what was going on, and they said they were just notified Dr. Martin was no longer seeing new OB patients, even if they are an already established patient. I wasted three weeks waiting on this office when I should have just scheduled elsewhere. Also, one of the times I called, the lady I spoke to, talked to me like I was stupid, and was very rude and unpleasant. I have a lot of experience working in doctors offices, and usually will give a lot of grace, but this was so unprofessional. So anyone in town needing a new OB... save your time and effort trying to deal with this office.

They listen and provide solutions. I feel heard, valued and supported. Quick turnaround on test results, answers and coordination with other medical providers. We scheduled baseline testing and blood work, along with a follow-up appointment after he was supposed to speak with my other doctors. He never spoke with them, and the follow-up appointment was not canceled. I was still charged $150 for the second visit, despite being told, "I don't really have anything for you today." I also tried reaching out afterward to discuss the lack of results or any clear plan moving forward. Communication was very slow, and I came away feeling that there was little interest in continuing to work with me. While he may have some interesting ideas, my experience was that there were no meaningful solutions or actionable plan provided. Given the cost and my experience with the follow-up care, I would personally not recommend him. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money.
