It was through the guidance of Debbie, physical therapist, that I was introduced to low impact machines/weights that will help me strengthen my knees. I found the gym associates to be very friendly and right there to help you on any machine. My husband and I are fortunate to be able to use the facility free of charge because of our insurance benefit called Silver Sneakers. We are really going to enjoy using this facility-clean, friendly, and filled with machines that fit the bill!

She looked up several businesses in the area, however this one had the best of ratings. So she went in about two months ago and received a free consultation on the recommended therapy. Of course a prescription was needed which she obtained through the general practitioner. Her treatments were twice per week, and the care and time spent on the first and all of the sessions were amazing and she could tell that Tamera Ford, OTR/L, HTC the owner and only therapist was completely focused and dedicated to performing the required physical therapy from the heat, to gentle exercises, the healing touch, and ending with an ice treatment. Tamera's specializes from the shoulder to hand. Its been several months, and my wife says her pain is all but gone and very manageable. I highly recommend Tamera and will be using her for any future treatments as required.

The therapist and orderlies are fine, with one exception. They had a class exerxise that not only put patients at risk, it brought them and famly members to tears. The grounds are not safe for handicapped or visually impaired. Equipment, like for eyes, hasn't been updated for 19 years (when I was there). It should be shut down.

The hospital staff, nurses, doctors, nurse assistants and the therapy staff were very efficient and friendly and knowledgeable of my condition and needs. I had a single bed room and it was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Their plan is to get you up and moving. The dining room food was good with many choices plus they are informed of each patients dietary restrictions. The staff if very friendly and helpful to your needs. They also have an inexpensive meal program for your family who might be visiting during a meal time. Over all I would recommend this hospital if you are serious about getting back on your feet safely as soon as possible with the proper PT and OT therapy. Carol S.

It took longer because at first I didn't do the exercises they gave me to do at home, but once i got the picture and stuck with it I can finally sleep at night without hip pain. I found the evaluation professional and on point. All of the therapists are knowledgable, helpful, attentive and friendly and I began to look forward to my appointments. She was extremely uncommunicative throughout, she would move our son around but wouldn't discuss his condition or what the exercises were that she was doing. By the third session I had to insist that she teach me the exercises and she responded 'oh ok, I guess I could show you if you want.' We finally got an appointment with Cranial Technologies in Phoenix. Their PT showed us a series of exercises, let us know that we should have been doing exercises 3-5 times a day and that our son should be doing an hour of tummy time or more a day. We were pretty shocked that Jodi had failed so completely to demonstrate exercises or express how often we should be doing them. Do not go to Jodi Gilray. She is unprofessional and cannot communicate basic instructions. If your child has torticollis, just go to Cranial Technologies in Phoenix. They give free assessments and their Physical Therapists are professional and attentive, miles beyond what they have at Jodi's office
