I visited her (from out of state) in June of 2022 after the job was allegedly completed and was shocked as to how poorly the grass looked. She called Cleveland Brothers a few times to no avail. After writing them a letter telling them how dissatisfied she was, they wrote her a letter pretty much putting the onus on her. I also visited her in October and while the grass looked somewhat better, it certainly did not look great. This is no way to run a business. Her distress could have very easily been resolved by someone from Cleveland Brothers returning her phone calls. It's possible she did not fully understand the terms of the agreement, but again, a return call could have offered some clarification. Just another example of a business taking advantage of a senior citizen. Unfortunately, when visiting I only took videos and was only able to attach the screenshot below.
