We are selling our home. The Buyer contracted with Odorless to do a Septic Inspection. Their…read moreTechnician was friendly and seemed competent. When finished he said our system passed. A week later the owner came out, after the time for Inspections had passed. He came on our property unannounced and failed our system. He told me I needed to spend $20-$25,000 on a new system that he would gladly install for us. I hired another company to reinspect the system. They passed the system. Stating only that the tank was a bit small and if a larger family were to move in, they might need to clean it out more often or replace the tank with a larger one. I would not trust this company.
