It has been 12 days, and they still haven't obtained the necessary paperwork for the death certificate, despite having received it at the time of pickup. I've emailed them the paperwork twice, but they haven't responded. My father's body is still waiting, being treated without respect. It's difficult enough dealing with the loss of a loved one, but this company has made it even harder. I've decided to use Creed Funeral Home instead, they have already picked my dad up and they will have everything taken care of by the end of the day. Warning !! Do not use!!!

His body was picked up and his belongings were sent to his son. They graciously held the ashes for a few weeks while we made interment arrangements at a different location. They contacted Social Security and sent copies of the Certified Death Certificate. All of this was done at a very reasonable price which helped immensely. I highly recommend their services.
