Prescriptions are filled inaccurately or not completed despite getting ready for pickup text message. The wait times (both in store and in drive thru) are incredibly long, you can expect to wait about 30-45 minutes no matter the time of day. There is about a 50% chance your medication will not be in stock, and will be at least a week or more for them to get it back in stock. This location always closes early (usually 10-20 minutes earlier than posted closing time). These are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to unsatisfactory service at this CVS location. Do yourself a favor and choose laterally any other pharmacy to do your business at.

So CVS can't spend an extra $50-$100. for shipping to get these into their store to protect their employees and customers. Shameful. I won't be shopping at CVS until this virus is gone. I'll spend my $50 to $100 at another store. If CVS management, those regional managers, can't protect their employees and customers it shows no respect. Shame on CVS. Not sure why customers would go to CVS when they can go elsewhere and be protected. The management forgets, one covid-19 case linked within the store will likely close the store. I needed my doctor's office to release a prescription in the system. Jackie told me to call back once it was fixed. I did exactly that... and was hung up on. I assumed it was a mistake, so I called again -- only to have the phone picked up and immediately hung up. This happened five times in a row. When she finally answered, I asked why she would do that. Her response: "I don't know." I told her I would be escalating the issue and she replied, calmly and flatly, "Ok, go ahead." No concern, no apology, no sense of accountability. The attitude was honestly bizarre -- as if she knows there will be no consequences. After reading other reviews going back years, it seems this is a pattern, not an exception. It is shocking that a pharmacy -- where professionalism matters -- is allowing this to continue. I've used this pharmacy on and off for 30 years, and the decline in the last few years has been dramatic. The reported owner, Charlie, has also never returned a call in my experience. At this point, it's hard to understand how the business is being run at all.
