We thought we had a major problem with our septic system, but these guys came out and identified the problem for us very quickly- just a broken PVC pipe that was simple to fix! I've since had them out again because the septic control box alarm was going off- I reached out on a Sunday and they got back to me within a few minutes. Fortunately, it was determined that the problem wasn't an emergency and could wait until Monday- they came out on Monday (squeezed me in) and fixed everything up great! When they came to give a bid it was obvious they were a cut above the rest. They looked at a variety of things that others overlooked which would eventually drive the cost up. Polansky was very straight forward and was half the cost of another Lennox dealer in the area. The service after the installation has been impeccable! When I first turned the heat on in the Fall there was a burned oil smell. I called in the evening and they returned my call immediately. They were out to check on the system first thing the next morning. At that time I mentioned that the thermostat would reboot several times a day. The technician. Told me to watch it and let them know if it caused a problem. About two months later the thermostat would not work. It was 7:00 in the evening and cold outside. I am recovering from leukemia treatment and get cold very easily. The thermostat was stuck on 70. Polansky promptly returned my call and suggested I restart the thermostat. Eventually they guided me through flipping the breakers to reset the system. This worked and the heat started to work. The next morning they called to arrange a time to install a new thermostat. Even though my issue was a last minute addition they took the time to ask me when a good time for me would be to come. Polansky Heating and Air has been a great choice for my home!
