I recently had a scheduled quarterly inspection from another company on a Friday. I won't go into details except to say the aerobic system was not functioning correctly and there was a risk of waste coming back into my house. That is a scary situation. :-O The company told me they couldn't do anything until the following Monday, and because of several personal issues checking into a hotel for the weekend was not an option. After calling over a dozen companies well zero success and no options for any type of resolution, Orlando called me back right at COB. I explained the situation and my concerns to him (e.g., definitely the need to at least flush a toilet over the weekend). Orlando was very attentive to my needs and went absolutely above and beyond what any small business owner would normally be willing to do.
