I felt very limited at what I can do at planet fitness, but Crunch's variety of machines really allows me to hit my back differently. The only cons I can think of is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and drinks are very expensive, so I recommend bringing your own. For example, a bottle of RAW protein drink cost me $5.96. Definitely on the high side. It's been extremely over crowded, so you'll end up waiting for most machines, but they opened up it even 2 weeks ago, so I have a feeling the rush will die down eventually. Parking is always crowded, so don't be alarmed if you have to park far away and walk.

I have contacted Crunch repeatedly and filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state consumer-protection offices. My BBB complaint number is 24794077. I was also placed in the uncomfortable position of scheduling an appointment with a personal trainer while I was out of town because I was concerned that refusing the appointment could negatively affect her employment. At this point, I feel that the company is delaying instead of addressing the remaining charges. I am posting this to document my experience, ask Crunch Fitness to resolve the outstanding $540, and find out whether other members have experienced similar cancellation or billing problems.

When I walked in, there was about 6 or 7 staff members in the rotunda milling around, but none of them seemed like they wanted to do anything. They close at 10pm on Friday and 7pm on the weekends. Parking is never an issue as the lot is fairly big and shares spaces with other shops in the plaza.
