This has got to be the best gym I've ever worked out in. A weightlifters dream with all the great…read moreequipment, new and well maintained. Gym is not crowded, each time I was there , there might have only been 2-3 other people max. Service is friendly and accommodating. We got a weekend pass as out of state visitors. Pro tip: register on a weekday, since weekends may not have a front desk person to assist Recommendations : 1) test out your access after registration. Make sure to test with door locked to avoid possible subsequent issues 2) bathroom stall was out of toilet paper, so hopefully some more can be stocked up. Overall, would definitely return to visit the facility if I'm back in the area. Keep up the great work.

His curiosity and enthusiasm made the experience even better. The facility was spotless and as well-equipped as any gym I've ever been to. They had top-of-the-line equipment for just about any training style--powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, Functional Patterns, and Knees Over Toes. On top of that, they offered an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Next time I'm in town, this gym will definitely be at the top of my list.

Can't say much about this place. I've been a few times for a class or two :)…read more The gym itself is incredible. Very clean, so much space, great selection of weights, cardio etc. If this place was closer to where I live, I'd definitely get a membership. It's very impressive. It's clear whoever runs/owns this place had a beautiful vision for a gym and they brought it to life. I only hope for wonderful things for this gym. It deserves all the best. Coach Nate is one of the best coaches out there. Another wise move by the owners to hire such a kick a$$ coach. The man knows his craft and knows it well. You want a coach who takes his job very seriously, knows exactly what to do to help you achieve your goals and is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet? Go here and ask for Coach Nate. You will not be disappointed. Another short review for me?!? With is happening to me? Haha! If you read my reviews, you know I write novels haha! I think I covered this place pretty good though for someone who has been just a handful of times. If you're a Meridian resident or hell, even Boise residents...who don't mind Meridian's traffic (because I loaaaaathhhe it hahaha!) and you need a top tier gym...definitely check out D1. Get you a membership and then request Coach Nate and BOOM! You're set! You won't be sorry!! Thanks, Yelpswoles! Cheers!

Our son started training at the D1 Boise location, and over the course of just three months, he…read morewent through three different coaches. Eventually, he was left with no coach at all, despite us having already paid for his sessions. From there, communication completely fell apart. I repeatedly reached out by phone, email, and text, trying to get his remaining sessions scheduled. Appointments would be made and then canceled, over and over. Before anything was resolved, the Boise location shut down. We still have 13 prepaid sessions that have never been honored. Since then, I've emailed, called, and messaged the owner (Shaun Wardle), along with coaches and managers, anyone I had contact information for like Ryan, Booby, Keena, Hudson. I have received no response from anyone. I've also tried to transfer my son to the Nampa location so he could simply use the sessions we've already paid for, but I've had no success. This is the first negative review I've ever left because I don't like criticizing businesses, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service has been unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend signing up with D1. I simply want the 13 sessions we paid for to be honored or refunded so we can move on.

I've never seen in the front desk before wearing a gray shirt I was coming in talking about getting My Wife a gym membership. She was a little flustered with the the price, which was fine with me I'm OK paying it but then after a few back-and-forth comments from the front desk, Employee My Wife and Me decided to walk off go about a day workout and then he continues to walk over not even five minutes later to proceed to further harass me and my wife during our workout and continue to say there's been a noise complaint which is clearly a false statement as he seemed a little flustered because my wife yet again stood up for herself when he came over and said there was noise complaint when we had mentioned who had complained he couldn't answer the question he said well people actually looking at me funny i hate that he even came and harassed my wife and l . I am definitely 1000% canceling my membership and highly recommend anyway looking for a better gym go to the villa. I'm pretty sure their Customer Service and front desk people are trying a lot better than this. Prices here 52.00 a month with a family member another $52.00 a month. As well Guest passed for 24 hour $14.00 Guest pass for one week $100.00 Villa fitness 47.00 per month and bring up to to guest free And 10 locations across the map and I am sure there customer Service representative is there I've been thoroughly trained on proper manners and not arguing with customers and how to treat people respectfully regardless of how being spoken to or getting into a little scuffle or argument and not rolling their eyes and getting an attitude highly unprofessional was not expecting that at all all the rest of the front desk they're fine. They're incredible that an individual needs a serious coaching or a new job.

We walked over to take a look and happened to chat with one of the owners. I returned the next day (today) and my timing was impeccable as I met the other owner, Chelsi. I then decided to do a "drop in" workout for just $10.60. I used the stair climber, free weights, benches, and bike and got my sweat on and my energy out. You'd be surprising how stressful a pickleball tournament can be as a parent ;) There were a few other folks working out while I was there, but the facility is so large, I felt like I had it all to myself! This is such a great concept... I wish I had one closer to home. I would absolutely be a member if I were closer. It's super affordable, has top of the line equipment, and you can come and go as you please... 24 hours a day! The website says that the mission at Elite Fitness is "to empower individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals by providing 24-hour access to a safe, supportive, and results-driven environment. We are committed to offering clean, high-quality facilities, professional service, and a culture of respect, motivation, and continuous improvement." I would say they are off to a great start! Thanks for the workout today, Elite Fitness, and best of luck moving forward - I hope to be back in the future if/when we visit the area again!
