She was a little flustered with the the price, which was fine with me I'm OK paying it but then after a few back-and-forth comments from the front desk, Employee My Wife and Me decided to walk off go about a day workout and then he continues to walk over not even five minutes later to proceed to further harass me and my wife during our workout and continue to say there's been a noise complaint which is clearly a false statement as he seemed a little flustered because my wife yet again stood up for herself when he came over and said there was noise complaint when we had mentioned who had complained he couldn't answer the question he said well people actually looking at me funny i hate that he even came and harassed my wife and l . I am definitely 1000% canceling my membership and highly recommend anyway looking for a better gym go to the villa. I'm pretty sure their Customer Service and front desk people are trying a lot better than this. Prices here 52.00 a month with a family member another $52.00 a month. As well Guest passed for 24 hour $14.00 Guest pass for one week $100.00 Villa fitness 47.00 per month and bring up to to guest free And 10 locations across the map and I am sure there customer Service representative is there I've been thoroughly trained on proper manners and not arguing with customers and how to treat people respectfully regardless of how being spoken to or getting into a little scuffle or argument and not rolling their eyes and getting an attitude highly unprofessional was not expecting that at all all the rest of the front desk they're fine. They're incredible that an individual needs a serious coaching or a new job.

They had a great trainer working here at first, but he moved on to bigger and better things and so training has fallen by the wayside. The equipment is good, but the facility is cramped and hard to use. The lack of a locker room isn't the end of the world but you can get an actual locker room and a hot shower just down the block at either Crunch or IFF for the same money or less. If bodybuilding is your thing, Whiting fitness offers more advanced training and equipment. If this were the only gym in town, I would be okay with it, but there are better options on the same street, again for the same price or less, so I can't really justify a recommendation.

Upon entering PIVOT, I went straight to the cycling room and was able to be assisted by Keith since I had issues getting myself signed up online. Tip: be sure you know which location you are signing up for! As for class, I was able to catch a strength class. Stages indoor bikes are used, which was a plus for me. The workout is based off the training regimen for Olympic cyclist Kristin Armstrong. Although I am used to an indoor cycling class that has choreography and varies between hills and flat roads, I thoroughly enjoyed Keith's class!

In fact, my tour of the facility was with Kristin herself, a great intro to the gym. The facility is state of the art. 3 group rooms for classes, spinning & yoga and additionally a larger weight/cardio area. Everything was clean, well laid out with adequate space. Masking requirements in and out of the facility, with easy to maintain physical distance. Free WiFi, 24-7 access with a key fab to the building. The only deterrent, parking. There's a garage with the 1st hour free ($3/hour after) and street parking on 13th. But it's such a great gym I'm going to figure out the parking situation. Another location near Harris Ranch off of Parkcenter is slated to open this winter sometime. Definitely top notch gym. All amenities, great staff, and quality programming.

I recently found…read moreout the beloved couple who have taken care of the wall for the past 5 yrs are no longer there b/c of hardware (caribbiner) failure that caused one of them to fall 15'! You'll notice the gym suddenly has new harnesses and no longer use caribbiners for the climber to clip in. The caribbiner choice was Manger John Burkey's who wanted to save money. The question is now whether or not the wall is safe to lead climb. Its hardware has been there for over 35yrs and apparently management is still too cheap to call in a 3rd party to inspect and update it.

As a recent transplant I have gone to most every gym around the area and this is the one that I have chosen to join. It is a kettlebell gym (as you can tell by the name) and I love them as a training tool. Most of the good effects of barbells with little of the risk, and some specific properties that make them fun, effective, exciting and interesting. Jim is a conscientious and intelligent trainer who will make sure you are training properly and safely. In addition the classes are very small so it is like getting personal training for a fraction of the price. I believe Jim also offers Personal Training if you want personalized instruction. The location is convenient near the intersection of 44 and 55 right off of downtown Eagle. Plenty of parking. Space is clean, well organized and has all of the equipment you need to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, look good naked, etc. The people are freindly and it is a non-intimidating enviroment that I pleased to be a member of.

During the COVID lockdown, Jim reached out for support and training guidance. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to continue kettlebell training! The training he provides is very personalized, his class sizes are small which enables him to provide very focused and dedicated training. I genuinely look forward to training every day. The gym environment along with the transformation I have seen and feel are what motivates me to continue training there.
