Music has been much better since they got rid of Cole and his bad attitude. Equipment is being maintained better now.

It is a GREAT lifters gym with lots of specialty equipment, TONS (haha) of free weights, and three squat racks.

This has got to be the best gym I've ever worked out in. A weightlifters dream with all the great…read moreequipment, new and well maintained. Gym is not crowded, each time I was there , there might have only been 2-3 other people max. Service is friendly and accommodating. We got a weekend pass as out of state visitors. Pro tip: register on a weekday, since weekends may not have a front desk person to assist Recommendations : 1) test out your access after registration. Make sure to test with door locked to avoid possible subsequent issues 2) bathroom stall was out of toilet paper, so hopefully some more can be stocked up. Overall, would definitely return to visit the facility if I'm back in the area. Keep up the great work.

His curiosity and enthusiasm made the experience even better. The facility was spotless and as well-equipped as any gym I've ever been to. They had top-of-the-line equipment for just about any training style--powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, Functional Patterns, and Knees Over Toes. On top of that, they offered an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Next time I'm in town, this gym will definitely be at the top of my list.

I'd personally…read morenot listen to the one other terrible review that's left on here, sure there may be a bunch of people at certain times; such as 4-5pm since people are getting off of work. Around 3pm there are quite a bunch of high school students working out (including me). No, people don't film their friends doing sets, no, nobody is barefoot. The machines aren't sticky because you get a RAG and spray to wipe them down if they are ever left with sweat. The staff members are very pleasant, and are present during the times that are displayed on the front desk. If you're all about gym etiquette and are don't like grunting then go ahead and go to planet fitness where that grunting won't be heard over the lunk alarm, jeez. Better yet, get a pair of noise cancelling headphones or earbuds. The staff members clean and vacuum the gym as well as the bathrooms daily before they leave to go home, as this is a 24-hour gym. If there's someone using the machine you need then it's as simple as asking "how many sets do you have left?" and then being patient as said person finishes their workout. Yes, you may see high school students working out in groups and waiting for their friends to do their sets before continuing theirs, just pop a question and you'll get the machine in a few minutes. No, we don't bite. The gym was recently remodeled and looks far different than it does in the displayed photos. There are many more machines than there were a few months ago. There is also an upstairs where you can do yoga and other sort of workouts. There are many options for cardio and there are usually enough machines for everyone since there are so many. There are fans all around the gym that keep it nice and cool inside, it also usually smells good due to the staff cleaning so much. This is the perfect place to improve yourself and your quality of life, go ahead and give it a shot. Pausing and cancelling memberships are also very easy as you don't sign your soul away (unlike other gyms). One recommendation I have is about the music played in the gym, it could be a little better. However, since I am very sensible I bring my own noise cancelling headphones if I want to listen to something else. Thank you for the staff for being very helpful, and thank you to the manager for being very kind.

Nope. They roll in like a stampede, five deep, taking turns half lifting and half filming each other while everyone else just stands around awkwardly waiting for a bench to magically open up. And barefoot?? What is this, a beach?? There's literally zero staff ever around. Not to help, not to clean, not even to pretend like they care. Machines? Sticky, sweaty, and definitely not wiped down since 2019. It is like they gave up on enforcing any kind of basic gym etiquette and now it is just Lord of the Flies in compression shorts. Totally done with it. Gonna find a spot where I can actually lift without needing a permission slip from a group of 16 year olds loitering by the lat pulldown.

We walked over to take a look and happened to chat with one of the owners. I returned the next day (today) and my timing was impeccable as I met the other owner, Chelsi. I then decided to do a "drop in" workout for just $10.60. I used the stair climber, free weights, benches, and bike and got my sweat on and my energy out. You'd be surprising how stressful a pickleball tournament can be as a parent ;) There were a few other folks working out while I was there, but the facility is so large, I felt like I had it all to myself! This is such a great concept... I wish I had one closer to home. I would absolutely be a member if I were closer. It's super affordable, has top of the line equipment, and you can come and go as you please... 24 hours a day! The website says that the mission at Elite Fitness is "to empower individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals by providing 24-hour access to a safe, supportive, and results-driven environment. We are committed to offering clean, high-quality facilities, professional service, and a culture of respect, motivation, and continuous improvement." I would say they are off to a great start! Thanks for the workout today, Elite Fitness, and best of luck moving forward - I hope to be back in the future if/when we visit the area again!
