However, this has all of the basics you would need, with some cooler supplemental equipment that is nice to use occasionally. The woman who works the front, always greets me, and asks how im doing. She is always smiling and friendly. Any time i walk in, you can see that she is cleaning. That is one of my biggest pet peeves at other gyms. If i dont think its clean, i dont want to come back. It is not the case here. She is always mopping or vacuuming, etc. Nice little gym.

My favorite part is everything--the coaches, the people who come, that all fitness levels can do the workouts. The workouts are a combo of treadmill, rowing, and weight lifting. Running is not required, and walkers can participate. I've slowly started to add more running. Sign up is so easy, and the OTF app is very user friendly. It is fun to celebrate your own milestones and others. I love the heart rate monitor because it lets me know when I am overdoing it or need to put in more effort.
