I have been going here for about a year now. I LOVE this place! It is not your run of the mill gym. It is all class based and you get the encouragement, support, and motivation that you need to reach your goals. The coaches are awesome and there are so many different classes to keep you motivated and returning day after day. The workouts are tough but don't let that scare you! There are all ages here and everything can be modified and worked on. Seeing your endurance, ability, and body change is pretty incredible and you will soon be addicted with us. I am loving Trufit! They have such a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Having class times means I know exactly when I am going to workout and how long I will be there. The coaches are amazing! They make the workout so you don't have to try and put something together for yourself. They make them challenging enough for people that have been working out for a long time but easy enough that beginners can do it too.
