They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. I've only gone as a guest so I haven't used all the amenities but their locker room is large and nice and smells really great - whatever soap they use! Only one machine was broken. They have a good variety as well including rowing machines which the Warminster location does not. Overall pretty decent. Wish they were open past 10.

The other equipment like the rowing, ab crunches, stomach crunches, back stretches, rowing and others have been placed so close together it's cramped and hard to move between some of the machines. I need a walker to get around and I am having some trouble using some of the equipment that I normally use. Some of the machines are so close to each other, the rowing machines that my walker blokes the machine next to it.

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice getting me acquainted with the club since it was my first visit there. I don't understand the negative reviews regarding the equipment being out dated and in poor condition. I thought it to be quite the opposite. I highly recommend.

I've been a member at the Doylestown branch for many years and come for the classes…read more But I might suspend my membership because of the size of the low impact cardio class, which is maxed at 30. I left today because of the class size; it's much too big for comfort, and might not be safe. I mentioned this to the person who oversees the gym a few years ago, but nothing has changed. There had been a class added but that was discontinued. I understand that they will bring it back one of the two days, but the Monday class still is super crowded. A few years ago I tried a yoga class and the instructor kept correcting me in front of everyone. I mentioned that one if my legs was slightly crooked. The instructor stopped the class immediately and did a breathing exercise to get rid of the negative energy in the room. Needless to say, I didn't continue that class. The women at the front desk are excellent! But that's not enough. VERY disappointing. They can do better.

It's members also don't seem to know basic gym etiquette (5 people hogging a single machine, people taking up two machines at once, using machines for an exercise it's not meant for, recording in areas other people are working out). If you're okay waiting for machines every workout and being in crowded spaces, this gym will be just fine but personally I look forward to switching soon.
