It's a gym has everything you need from free weights, weight machines, & all types of cardio machine's..... Today was my 1st day there I normally workout & cardio at home. But wanted to switch things up & use different equipment I don't have at home.... There are also crossfit fit classes, spinning classes, yoga, zumba you name it it's here! To finish out your workout they have a juice protein bar & premade take home dinners! Great place to break a sweat & get your pump on!! read more

So to everyone out there please read this first. I know they are not to be the only ones to blame here. I know i was brobably to excited about joining a nice gym that i could go to and i know i probably did not ask enough questions, but what i want all to know is plrease read your contract closesly. I was told i had 14 days to cancel my membership with this gym. I was praying i would not have to cause i really wanted to go. But life waits for no one so i called to cancel still within the 14 day limit only to find out i had been lied to. Its not 14 days its 72 hours. I went from 14 days to 3. Also o. The website it says no enrollment fee when you sign up well i was charged for that to. Im now stuck in a contract i can no longer aford cause i was given the wrong information. And what makes it worse i dont even have a copy of the agreement so i cant even fight it. read more

So no matter were I go I have to find a gym! I really really enjoy attending the gym here. Everyone who works out here are serious and they mean business. This place is older but very well kept. The equipment is old but works much better than the new equipment. The weight plates vary as well, there are plates that are 100lbs which is hard to find in gym these days. If you happen to need a gym in this area, I would definitely stop by and work out. You will not be dissappointed. I also enjoy working out here because I can finish faster without having to wait on others to finish with a machine. This place does not feel like a club gym were people take up space and hang out to talk. This alone makes me love this gym even more. I can work out without any one bothering me and if I ever need help everyone at this gym will lend me a helping hand. I would say if you are a body builder you should definitely stop in for a good workout. The staff here is also friendly. I was able to sign up right away and workout without all the up sales. The bathrooms are also clean which is very important when your working out. The place does not smell like a sweat shop. Good job owners for keeping this place clean and enjoyable. By the way I think they changed the name of this gym to 1440. read more

Great gym! Very much a family type atmosphere. Not intimidating in the least and everyone makes you feel right at home. The variety of weights (especially free weights) is excellent. Free classes for members, cardio deck, childcare & a Ladies Only area. Great for everyone! The staff is very approachable and personable, always willing to help in any way.
