Steve, the head trainer is amazing. He truly cares about your well being. The place feels so welcoming. They also have modifications for workout if you cannot do something. I do not feel lost or left out because I cannot keep up. I feel the BURN with every workout and sweat for a change. I feel motivated to go everyday. They also offer focus meetings where they guide you on nutrition. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking to get back into the game.

I don't like the younger people who come late at night and slam weights, gang monopolize machines, grunt/scream and who are generally just very annoying and loud. One of them has a membership and sneaks 20 of their friends in when the staff leaves. Not the friendliest gym. It is intimidating with all the new beef cake posters on the wall. I guess it's supposed to be encouraging but they look like shiny turkeys to me. I'm a fatty, I always have been, but I love to work out. I stick to mostly cardio and assisted machines. Didn't liked being asked when re joined in 2023 to do the body mass calculator. Almost felt like they wanted me to do it. No private place for women to do stretches and squats anymore. Completely open concept with big windows displaying all the fit people here. I miss the 2014-2015 vibes from here.
